We have experience the feelings of self-doubt from time to time, whether you stating a new job, moved to a new place, school even mew friends. At some point you have felt not good enough maybe to someone or to pursue and implement a certain goal that you have.
Self doubts its initially lacking confidence in yourself or ideas you may have which result in you doubting each and every decision you may make.
Self doubts may be coursed by the following:
The cause of self-doubt
1Always comparing yourself to your friends or other.
Looking at what others are achieving that may bring you down to think that you are not good enough or you not working as hard enough as them e.g. ( In a group of friends all your friends may be dating or married but you not) that can result in you thinking that the is something wrong about yourself.
2. Always thinking less of yourself.
Always not thinking that you are not good enough in whatever you are doing. At some point you always over think everything you do or plan.
3. Focusing on what you don't have.
You don't move or can't move forward with your ideas because you constantly focusing your attention on what you don't have or short of which result in you always procrastinating. you have the plans and ideas but just not motivated enough to execute.
4. Fear of failure and fear of success.
Fear of disappointing others is as real as having fear of repeating your past decisions. you constantly fear that you might not be able to pull it off or you might not be as successful as you want or dream to be.
5.You constantly seek reassurance.
You constantly need someone's approval on how you are what you wearing, are you doing good or not, even when you don't get any compliments it just changes your mood. you basically placing your feelings and mood in others peoples behavior
HOW TO OVERCOME SELF DOUBTS
"A little love goes a long way" this statement couldn't be more true, having support from loved ones and yourself as well can and will change the game for you.
It begins with having someone to talk to, you look for that someone that you can confide in. This will help you in a meger way because you'll have someone to hold you accountable as well as encourage you whenever you feel the doubts creeping in.
Building that confidence in yourself can have a big impact on you and your goals. The is nothing more attractive than a person who has confidence in themselves as well as what they do. It pops up in each and everything you do even how you walk and talk anyone can spot that from afar.
Note down all the positive you have done and all you have achieved that will also help you in realizing what you can achieve if you put your mind to it. Everyone has doubts but the trick is you cant let it bring you down the minute you fall you have to pick yourself up and dusts your self then move on.
